Homeopathy is just about to be legislated out of existence in the UK ...
Cdsapi’s Added Comment: Most people are still living under the illusion that they are living in a “democracy’ and that the voices of citizens are still “legally relevant”; that the “laws” that the MPs (that we elect) pass actually “legally determine” the domestic policies and regulations that determine what Canadians MAY or MAY NOT do. Few realize that our Prime Ministers (starting with Mulroney) have signed away our “sovereignty” with the signing of innumerable Trade Agreements and International Agreements - since all of these Agreements are written in terms that force National Governments to “HARMonize” their ‘internal domestic policies’ with the ‘dictates of these International Associations and Tribunals’ – and that these externally dictated policies override all national determinations of policy, rendering them redundant.
These “international determinations” are Multinational-Monopoly-Cooperate driven.
Therefore we are witnessing that the things that are being “denied” are the things that present an “unwanted and intolerable” competition and impediment to the maximization of corporate financial potential.
Thus we see all extremely effective natural medical and nutritional therapeutics being “legalistically” eliminated, while pharmaceutical drugs are protected by “internationally directed” medical mandates.
Anyone with eyes to see has watched Health Canada morph into a Health Prevention/Prohibition Regulatory Agency – at the behest of the international Big Pharma vested interests – which now demand the harmonization of medical and nutritional policy internationally.
Similarly we see GMOs being forced on countries where the people and their governments have fought a valiant legal fight to keep GMOs out of their food supply and their environment, because GMOS are so damaging to health and devastating to the environment. Repeatedly we have seen the EU override the domestic laws of individual European countries that had banned GMOs - and now CETA threatens to draw Canada into an even tighter netted noose of international dictates. We have relinquished our sovereignty - and thus we have relinquished jurisdiction over the polices that affect our affairs and lives.
The Harper Government (which plays in sync with Big-Ag dictates from Monsanto) is using Trade Agreements to FORCE all signatory countries to accept the GMOs that Monsanto-signed farmers produce in Canada – even though it is overwhelmingly evident that citizens in every country don’t want to eat this damnable toxic health-destructive stuff – if only they were permitted to identify and avoid it via labeling.
A Free and Open Market is determined by Supply and Demand - here the buyer is free to accept or refuse a product or service. All producers and products are free to compete.
Now PATENTS and merged Monopoly Corporations have become so powerful that they can dictate to national governments to pass laws that “legalistically and via regulation” eliminate the competition to protect the corporate profit potential.
Thus the availability of the most effective, the most efficient, the healthiest, the highest quality are rapidly disappearing – being replaced by a “legalistically protected, self-perpetuating monopoly marketplace” of the Corporatocracy run by and for the small Elite Global Cabal of trillionaires.

As many of you know, Louise is a friend of mine and very much a spokesperson for the practice of homeopathy.
What she is referring to here is the same sort of hegemony that the EU asserted over France this past week, by overturning legislation meant to ban GMO's in France.
This is the loss of sovereignty I've been yelling about all along: that since we do not have the right, thanks to our signing of trade agreements, to make our own laws, we cannot stop these things domestically with new legislation (or old), including Constitutionally.
The only way out of the mess is out of the agreements. ALL of them.
With each signature of yet another Agreement, our rights disappear.
Like a python sneaking up on live mice in a terrarium, eating each one without disturbing the others, this snake is gobbling up countries.

I have just spent the last 3 weeks, disentangling the law which may restrict homeopaths from prescribing or buying their 'unlicensed medicines'. - very upsetting and extremely confusing.

It is the European Union, of which Britain is a member, that is causing the problem.
We could always practice homeopathy under UK Common Law but the EU wants its legislation in every EU country. Big Pharma lobbies the EU for an end to natural medicine (competition for them).
The same stuff is going to happen in America and Canada because the EU is the blueprint for the one world government.
It is the EU and so many of the lawyers/judges are in its thrall (muzzled by it).
If the EU collapses, the whole thing collapses and their global government plans (because EU laws are the blueprint laws for global government).
Keep an eye on Greece which has elections on 17 June. We are sure that Greece will bring down the EU.
