Dear Reader I wanted to follow up my latest update with some more clarity. First my experience with all things energetic material and spiritual in this life time has been varied complex challenging and eye opening to say it mildly. By looking at the big picture here as well as my micro experience being male cross over soul in female form is a daunting yet very unique experience of knowledge. I have a unique view point of the male mind matrix and female goddess energies.

We have been taught over and over by our spiritual over seers to go within and trust your own guidance. Yet when we do share truth varied responses happen at least in the New age community. I know deep inside me that the karmic game that has gone on for ever favouring and predominately serving the dark is a dismal failure for humanity as a whole. It must change and or stop all together. I once totally trusted our teachers and the new age principles until that trust was severely betrayed and I was handed over to the dark these past 12 years. I know many divine beings have served yours and my highest good this lifetime but I also know many have not. Yet many people in the New age refuse to look at these facts. We are blindly fed BS by the dark who own and operate the dark mind matrix around the planet allowed by spirit without discernment of accountability to all who do so. Then we are told that all spirit does is for our highest good expecting further obedience without questioning the why and what fore.

Now is the time for boldly telling the truth. I know many have thought about what I speak so let’s speak it. Already the nay sayer’s suggest that I am acting like a victim simply for speaking the truth and I should know that many good beings are working very hard to love and support us.( Patronizing doesn’t always fit the bill when it comes to debating view points) So truth is equated to being a victim. Does anyone smell dark programming here for I sure do. Folks I have put my life on the line by speaking the truth and supporting these beings with this website and yet I feel these truths within me.

The divine blueprint of the human body and mother earth were never meant to be violated in any way. Galactic Principles state non interference for the free will development of the individual and group for evolutionary policies. Folks when you allow a rogue ET race rape pillage and plunder a planet and species to the degree that it has happened here is a grievous breach of galactic and spiritual law. Yet like the dark who hide behind double speak statutory laws only for them and vile manipulations our Galactic Federation claim non interference and we create our reality through Karma.

Karma let’s look at that for awhile. If God Goddess is all knowing and this ascension thing has happened thousands of times before on other planets as the Galactic’s profess then where is the real need to torture and enslave millions of soul’s? Who actually benefits from this torture and emotional energy but the dark soulless ET’s who need this food source? I personally know that when you have been betrayed it is pretty much the same energy weather it is your Mother, twin flame or spiritual hierarchy. Why then would you need to experience that over and over to nauseam? True free will would allow each soul to venture to many planets to experience duality on each one gathering varied experiences. They would say well this is the most important planet in the cosmos for lower vibration experience. Free will allows each soul the opportunity to go elsewhere to enjoy other learning experiences not to be trapped on a prison planet who is also lost free will demanding help due to over burdens incurred. This enslavement further empowered the dark and deteriorated the minds hearts and souls of humanity making them more malleable ponds to enlist in there treacherous heinous fraternities such as Satanism.

I have been burdened with clearing karma for not just myself but other groups of people. I would like to be able to over ride that fact at any time in my life. Yet that right has been non existent. The dark side new age people drone away that you create your reality when I know for a fact that my reality was not my doing and had nothing to do with me. Yes I do own my own actions and even some ancestral genetic encumbrances. Yet this cookie cutter mentality that has been used quite extensively by the dark to judge individuals and even nations by other groups to further damage emotionally and mentally the subject of that judgment.

Finally God Goddess does not judge it’s off spring so they say. Then why would they judge us with karma. Would it not make sense to re- educate a wrong doing after death and send this person to another school of thought further empowering that soul with true free will and faith in the spiritual process of growth? How does preventing someone from attaining there soul purpose by allowing the dark to over ride this free will for years as what has happened on earth for centuries and since 911 do that? I personally have lost respect for the spiritual hierarchy and Galactic Federation for how humanity and the light workers have been so violated and disrespected for our needs and free will since 911 and always over the course of time. This time and parallel realities phenomenon has not been explained or taught to humanity correctly to know the pro’s and cons of this energetic impact on our beings and ascension requirements.

Much information has been with held back by my guides that has been very detrimental to me regarding my twin flame and other issues that could have empowered my belief in respect for my intuitive wisdom and spirit connection that they say should always be trusted. Yet they seem to think they have the right to over ride over and over. I now am very concerned how the power games are being acted out through the Galactic Federation ground crew people. Much ego, darkness and self aggrandization still is propogating especially in the United States. I do not trust any dictatorial agenda coming from the dark we are the best in the world so we can tell everyone else what to do program in the USA They say that what they propose Washita thing is 5D thinking but it sure feels 3D to me and many others!

Further how can any reasonable respectful integrity based being say you create your own reality when one must be conscious of any said past agreements for learning. How does a baby being raped and murdered fit that bill? We are veiled to forget any dark script handed us weather true or not who really know’s? Then we are mind controlled implanted, violated with ET parasites, abductions, entities and further assaulted with contaminated environment and expected to own all the dark intentions acts and free will choices imposed upon us I think not.

Folks I do totally appreciate all the loving beings angels etc who are continuing to assist us at the important time in our development. But instead of judging us for speaking the truth about these things by suggesting we might be trying to divide the light workers or watch what we say as limiting innuendos we should be praised for addressing these obvious issues posed towards humanity. We are cleaning the attics of our collective closets are we not?

Why you've never heard the truth about Vitamin D

(NaturalNews) There is an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency sweeping across our modern world, and it's an epidemic of such depth and seriousness that it makes the H1N1 swine flu epidemic look like a case of the sniffles by comparison. Vitamin D deficiency is not only alarmingly widespread, it's also a root cause of many other serious diseases such as cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and heart disease. A new study published in the March, 2010 issue of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that a jaw-dropping 59 percent of the population is vitamin D deficient. In addition, nearly 25 percent of the study subjects were found to have extremely low levels of vitamin D. Lead author of the study, Dr. Richard Kremer at the McGill University Health Center, said "Abnormal levels of vitamin D are associated with a whole spectrum of diseases, including cancer, osteoporosis, and diabetes, as well as cardiovascular and autoimmune disorders." This new study also documents a clear link between vitamin D deficiency and stored body fat. This supports a theory I've espoused here on NaturalNews for many years: That sunshine actually promote body fat loss. Vitamin D may be the hormonal mechanism by which this fat loss phenomenon operates. The research findings on vitamin D, by the way, get even better... Activator for the immune system Recent research carried out at the University of Copenhagen has revealed that vitamin D activates the immune system by "arming" T cells to fight off infections. This new research, led by Professor Carsten Geisler from the Department of International Health, Immunology and Microbiology at the University of Copenhagen, found that without vitamin D, the immune system's T cells remain dormant, offering little or no protection against invading microorganisms and viruses. But with vitamin D in the bloodstream, T cells become "armed" and begin seeking out invaders that are then destroyed and carried out of the body. Vitamin D, in other words, acts a bit like the ignition key to your car: The car won't run unless you turn the key and ignite the engine. Likewise, your immune system won't function unless it is biochemically activated with vitamin D. If you're facing the winter flu season in a state of vitamin D deficiency, your immune system is essentially defenseless against seasonal flu. That's why all the people who get sick are the ones who live indoors, work indoors and exist in a chronic state of vitamin D deficiency. That's also why virtually all the people who died from H1N1 were chronically deficient in vitamin D. They had virtually no immune system protection at all and were thus easy targets for the swine flu. These findings about vitamin D "arming" the immune system were published in Nature Immunology. Commenting on the findings, the researchers said, "Scientists have known for a long time that vitamin D is important for calcium absorption and the vitamin has also been implicated in diseases such as cancer and multiple sclerosis, but what we didn't realize is how crucial vitamin D is for actually activating the immune system -- which we know now." It seems the CDC and WHO remain utterly ignorant about this research or they would have been recommending vitamin D to fight the recent H1N1 pandemic rather than vaccine shots. Vitamin D would have been a far more effective (and less costly) defense against the pandemic than vaccine shots, especially given that even vaccines don't work unless there is an immune response, and that immune response requires the presence of vitamin D! And while vaccine shots have undesirable side effects such as causing severe neurological damage in a small number of vaccine recipients, vitamin D's only significant "side effect" is that it prevents 77% of all cancers, too. Kidney failure patients are almost universally deficient in vitamin D and diabetes patients are usually in the same category. People suffering from cancer almost always demonstrate severe vitamin D deficiency, as do people with osteoporosis and multiple sclerosis. In fact, vitamin D deficiency may be the root cause behind so many degenerative diseases that correcting this deficiency across the population could very well devastate the for-profit "sick care industry" that dominates western medicine today. The National Cancer Institute, for example, which is one of the wealthiest non-profits in the world, actively runs full-page ads that attempt to scare people away from sunlight, thereby causing them to remain in a state of vitamin D deficiency. This state of deficiency coincidentally serves the power interests of the NCI by making sure that people remain riddled with cancer even though a free cure (sunshine) is readily available. The FDA, similarly, doesn't want people to learn the truth about vitamin D because informed consumers would inevitably take more vitamin D supplements and thereby prevent all sorts of diseases that the pharmaceutical industry is counting on for its monopoly profits. Every patient that takes vitamin D is one less patient paying money for cancer drugs, diabetes drugs or heart disease drugs. Other cancer industry non-profits, likewise, don't want people to learn the truth about vitamin D. They'd rather just keep selling ridiculous pink-ribbon consumer products that claim to raise money for some highly fictitious "search for the cure" -- a search that was obsolete even before it began because sunshine has been curing and preventing cancer for as long as human beings have walked the planet. Our ancestors didn't have to "run for the cure" or "walk for the cure" through some silly fundraising fiction; they merely walked in the sun and they were cured of cancer by the mere act of being exposed to sunlight. Walking outside is, all by itself, the "cure" for cancer that the industry claims to need billions more dollars to try to find through additional research. They want you to remain ignorant! The inescapable truth of the matter is that modern medicine wants people to remain ignorant about the healing effects of vitamin D. The financial survival of the medical industry absolutely depends on it, so the most influential medical organizations systematically downplay the importance of this vitamin while outright refusing to recommend it to patients. The NCI doesn't recommend vitamin D, nor does Komen for the Cure. The AHA, AMA, ADA and FDA all refuse to recommend vitamin D, all while strongly promoting synthetic, patented high-profit medications that cure nothing. There is, in essence, a conspiracy of silence about vitamin D among the sick-care industries that depend on disease to bring them business. And there always will be, of course, because companies are in business to make money, and if you're in business to make money from disease, you generally don't go telling people how to heal themselves for free. From a purely profit-minded perspective, teaching people about vitamin D makes absolutely no business sense to the sick care industry. It's profits over people (as usual). Global Fraud Revealed

An information-sciences researcher has released the results of a year-long

investigation into an act of international fraud so massive that ordinary people

will not be able to comprehend its scope, she says.

Involving conspiracy and collusion between the majority of modern industries and

institutions, the fraud is described as "an interconnected web of grotesque and

intentional deceit," and is said to be pervasive in virtually every country and

community worldwide.

Canadian researcher, Susan Maureen Brandt, cites evidence from thousands of

documents that exhibit identifiable patterns of "blatant reversals" and "malicious

propagandizing," identifying numerous secret societies and historic cult rivalries

pre-dating Christ as the driving force behind the global fraud.

Included in her report is the shocking allegation that all "career" public figures,

without exception, were victimized by abusive mind-control procedures as children.

The procedures, which include a horrifying array of mental, physical, and sexual

traumas intended to produce "gifted, charismatic, yet disconnected and

mentally-fractured" adults, result in "programmable leaders, soldiers, artists,

athletes, and entertainers, all driven to achieve superhuman feats while suffering

from drug addiction, multiple personalities, mental disorders, sexual compulsions,

and a pathological inability to form healthy social bonds."

The method for producing such a precise set of characteristics is said to have been

developed over many hundreds or even thousands of years by a single hereditary

group, accounting for the "violent, egotistical, delusional, and larger-than-life"

attributes of everyone from Egyptian pharaohs and Alexander the Great, to Julius

Caesar and Hitler, and continuing to severely impact the behaviors and attitudes of

most modern-day politicians, movie stars, religious leaders, rock-and-roll

musicians, prominent scientists, artists, and serial killers.

Ms. Brandt studied natural health and spirituality for fifteen years before

stumbling upon the labyrinthine world of internet conspiracy theory in early 2009,

and says it was her extensive knowledge of positive healing practices and

acceptance-based spiritual philosophies that enabled her to cope with the magnitude

of her "accidental" discovery.

Intending to rationally disprove the "wild conspiracy theory that history had been

faked" by carefully studying history books, ancient myths, genealogies, and

religious documents, she found instead that many cultural elements of the modern

world contain direct evidence of a "self-promoting and self-prophesying conspiracy

to produce highly predictable and profitable behavior patterns in the general

population."

The next step, thought to be planned to coincide with astrological events predicted

to occur in late 2012, is the public reintroduction of ancient rituals involving

human sacrifice, child sexual abuse, and adult sexual performance, all of which were

common practice before Christian morals and values were forcefully imposed as a

means of achieving compliancy.

Ms. Brandt is not alone in her thinking. Many experts on the occult agree that these

core rituals continue to be practiced today in secret, evidenced by the significant

number of victims of ritual abuse who seek out treatment each year around the world,

and by the increasingly overt impact that pornography, music lyrics and music video

imagery, films, comic books, and video games are exhibiting on successive

generations.

Curiously, it is of vital importance to the fraud's perpetuation that a majority of

the group's members, including celebrities, sports heroes, corporate executives, and

royalty, receive the public's constant adoration and approval. According to Ms.

Brandt, it is well known to the ruling elite that conscious and consistent public

outrage could set in motion a powerful process that would eventually bring their

demise.

"It is precisely because we give this group our attention, respect, and admiration

that they remain in such a prominent position of power. If we chose to withdraw our

focus from their activities, this would have the same effect as removing a battery

from an electronic toy. The structure would remain, but would lack the ability to

dazzle and distract us. Then we could choose to focus our attention on finding

better ways to live, both locally and globally."

Although the possibility exists, it is not one she expects to occur anytime soon.

"Unless we wake up to some sort of outright campaign of unrestricted genocide,

humans will continue to be seduced. After all, the alternative seems boring - living

and learning in basic harmony with nature and the human soul, and with each other,

rather than being alternately entertained and enslaved by this artificial life they

have constructed for us."

With regards to what actions should be taken to stop the fraud, beyond voicing our

disapproval or returning to simple living, Ms. Brandt warns that the success with

which these secret societies and ancient rivals have affected the public mentality

is so thorough that arguably all international, national, regional, and municipal

authorities have been rendered untrustworthy or incapable.

"This fraud is our daily reality right now. The only truly effective catalyst for

substantial change would be the spontaneous emergence of courageous insiders and

dedicated whistle blowers stepping forward to reveal the horrifying extent to which

this act of international fraud has victimized themselves, their fellow humans, and

the Earth itself."

Until that happens, she says, ordinary people will be unable to cope with the entire

modern world being called into question, instinctively clinging to the falsely

prescribed view of Earth as a place of inevitable discontentment and destructive

inertia, rather than seeing the beautiful land of natural abundance and powerful

harmony waiting all around them to be discovered.
