Dratzo! We begin another message! Over the past few weeks, we have observed the difficulties experienced by those who have long bowed down to the dark cabal, when called upon to act in a new way. Our Earth allies deeply desire to bring this world to a new reality, and yet they continue to seek some sort of adequate redress for their former masters. We are truly astonished by this ongoing dawdling! The men and women of this ruthless cabal have brought your world to the brink of ruin, and indeed persist in this ruinous course, which is why the only recourse we can envision is to remove them. We remind our Earth allies of the vast pain and suffering endured by your world every day, and that it is time to move these scalawags aside and create a more beneficent world for everyone, but these appeals for a higher vision appear to fall on deaf ears in the group as a whole. However, Earth's secret sacred societies do not share this lenient view: to them, the dark is an abomination of all things human and they desire to legally detain these ones as quickly as possible. This group is one we can more easily work with.

Because this group is handling the new financial arrangements, we have asked these secret sacred societies to take the lead in forming the new caretaker governmscended Masters concur, and we have requested that their charges go forward with the many plans that have been agreed to. Our ients. The Antent is to have these plans in place immediately and to terminate the power of the dark cabal. We are puzzled by the Earth allies' reluctance in these matters, given that they are fully aware of the outrageous criminality long practiced by the dark's regimes. The political parties of these various nations are so corrupt that their intolerance toward their respective citizenry is becoming more and more overt, which has led to the recent widespread protests around the globe. The new governance will end autocratic connivance and render authority properly responsive to citizens' needs. These are the first steps toward what we intend to accomplish: explaining galactic society to you. Your world's rising consciousness cries out for a change in the way your societies function.

Your present forms of government do not incorporate the new technologies or the new consciousness, nor do they in any way seek to improve their responsiveness to you. They are all prone to corruption and takeover by powerful special interests, and dominated by divisive 'ideologies.' All this results in a smoke-and-mirrors screen that hides the truth from you, and also falls far short of providing you with the basics of general welfare. Regulations are needed to end private funding of candidates and to prevent them from adopting special rules that apply only to them. Taking up a governmental post is a special honor that is conferred only because the elected one is truly capable of being responsive to their fellow citizens. Remember, however, that these measures merely form a stopgap, as a much more efficacious model of government is needed in order to adjust rapidly to paradigm-changing technologies, for example, which tie each citizen more directly into the legislative and administrative process.

This is where we border on galactic society. Here, governance is accomplished by means of the collective and informed input of all the citizens of a nation. At present, you lack the class of interactive technology and the level of education and information needed to make such a concept viable. We intend to help you develop this more complex interactive technology and show you how to optimize its use. Of course this cannot be done until we are formally introduced to you, after which we can begin a series of broadcasts, explaining fully all that has been so long withheld from you as a global society, and which will allow you to develop a societal milieu that supports the changing needs of a fully-conscious Being. 'Government' is to change from the authoritarian model to more of an overseer of a series of creative solutions. This is how star-nations function. At the heart of this setup are the voices and the edicts of the people, and societal constructs must ensure that all are 'heard' and rightly honored for who they are.

Dratzo! We return! Much is happening! The dark cabal is persisting in its two-faced stance: on one hand it negotiates with our Earth allies, while on the other it continues to search for a way to solve its unsolvable dilemma. We have warned our Earth allies to be wary of the duplicitous negotiating tactics of this group of habitual scofflaws; they assume a tough stance to feign sincerity in the goal of the negotiations despite our having exposed their many secret missions to find an 'angel' who can deliver a solution to their insurmountable plight. Our liaisons have joined these negotiations as consultants and have asked our Earth allies to demand that the dark immediately terminate their secret missions as a condition for going forward with the talks. Predictably, the dark refuses to comment on these demands and has asked for a recess! We have requested that such a move be ruled unacceptable by our Earth allies and have further advised them that a firm timeline be established for the completion of the talks. Failing this, certain consequences are to come into play. (folks we disserve quick arrests and Nesara announcements not catering to dark treachery. Anyone willing to do this should be charged with treason against humanity and mother earth. Firm timelines have come and gone in the past so arrests should  be done for all who have condoned this while people suffer and die  T)

It is clear that the dark is stalling for time. We suggest that the various parties comprising our Earth allies come together to demand a deadline for the dark's full surrender. We are willing to use our technology and our personnel to force the cabalists' hand to get them to formally surrender to our Earth allies. The dark knows full well the futility of continuing to search for a way out, and therefore we state: do the obvious, and send them an edict accompanied by the appropriate legal documentation commanding their unconditional surrender. Be prepared to employ your overwhelming military and law-enforcement resources to arrest these culprits and confine them where they can do no more harm. At your disposal is our technology to ensure the success of these arrests and, thereafter, the establishing of new governance that permits the longed-for announcements. So far there has been no reply from our Earth allies, and so we have sent several Agarthan liaisons to get one. The various contingents of our Earth allies are now putting together a plan of action. Until then, we have the authority to only partially limit whatever scheme the dark cabal wishes to perpetrate. In this regard, we have been able to capture their underground network of bases and put their main transit facilities out of business, but we look forward to being able to finish the job thoroughly. Dratzo! We return! The events that promise to transform your world are close to manifesting! We have been told by our Earth allies that a massive global event is close. We are approaching what is known on your world as the New Year of the Chinese calendar. It is the Year of the Water Dragon, which is characterized by dramatic change. Many of you are waiting, as are we, for the dark to receive its just desserts, and indeed, the current economic realities are beginning to force the dark cabal to scramble for a way out. Its fiat currencies are being challenged. Many nations that hold large natural resources, such as oil, gold, and precious stones, are no longer willing to accept these fiat monies as a true exchange, and this is putting additional pressure on the dark-controlled banking system. Reforms that have been announced but then delayed are being asked to come on line now. This is forcing the dark to move toward a policy of debt forgiveness, but this is depressing even further many stock and commodity exchanges. Moreover, it is forcing a slowdown in the so-called recovery process.

The multiplicity of fears weighing in upon the dark cabal is, strangely, making them even more arrogant. The main rulership committees of the cabal have recently broken off talks with our Earth allies, which we interpret as a panic response as they have in effect very little to negotiate about since the die has been cast as far as they are concerned. As they see it, all these dark ones have left to them is to continue to stoke the flames of several possible large-scale war scenarios; thus, our immediate task has been handed to us. We have instructed our liaisons to monitor all aggressive momentums now unspooling on your world and see to it that none of these develop into major conflicts. The longer a no-war option is upheld, the quicker the remaining issues can be resolved. The main delay now is the fact that your various global political communities have never before acted without the full oversight of the cabal guiding their every action. This last-minute case of 'cold feet' is being addressed and we fully expect a series of revolutionary events to happen and transform your world forever.

The global movement toward freedom is strengthening each day, and even the military challenges experienced by many in their pursuit of justice can only temporarily delay the inevitable. A huge upwelling of consciousness has swept across your globe and is ready to advance in earnest upon the forces of the dark. We have watched this Light-energy gather strength throughout the past Gregorian year and remain steadfast in the face of the deplorable militarism resorted to by the dark. This freedom rally has presented each of you with the opportunity to show your deep disapproval of the dark's agenda, with their determination to escape accountability for their illegal and pernicious schemes. Several governments and wealthy, interested parties joined with your Ascended Masters to drive the dark from your world, and now, many organizations, both private and public, have convened to work out the scope of this movement. Together with Agarthan and our support you are most assuredly approaching a grand success!

While all this is going on, the foundations for new governance and a new economic system have been laid. Dratzo! We return! The process that began in earnest nine months ago continues to progress toward its inevitable resolution, and our Earth allies are close to obtaining the final funding orders for Count St. Germaine's World Trust. As you know, the fund closes annually on Christmas Eve (December 24th) and reopens the day after Christmas (December 26th), unless this date falls on a Sunday. So this year, the fund opens the next day! Europe's Earth allies are ecstatic that the preliminary approvals to go forward have been issued. The next step involves obtaining the actual funding certificate. Once this is gained, the trustees can sign off on it and those responsible for the disbursement can begin their detailed procedures. We are monitoring these activities closely and intend to see that they proceed without a hitch. Our liaisons have already contacted those involved in the coming government transitions and have told them to firm up the final versions of their respective broadcasts. We, too, are preparing the personnel whose job it will be to safeguard the various new governments.

The new-government tasks, in order of priority, are: the disbursement of the new monies, simultaneous with the setting-up of the new caretaker governments, including the new financial system; and the administration of numerous programs that will lead in a few weeks to disclosure. We are confident that all this will not take long to manifest. We are also busy establishing the much-needed communications system by which each of the announcements will be flawlessly broadcast. In addition, our fleet is daily increasing its level of exposure in your skies, to give you enough evidence to prove without a doubt that you are not alone! This activity alone ensures that those who wish to carry on their old ways are doomed to failure. The dark ones are still determined to find a way out of their ever-deepening dilemma, despite our reminding them day after day that any such escape plots will be blocked by us. This includes the horrific scenario of creating an 'incident' to ignite WW III. Heaven and we no longer permit the nuclear option!

The primary goal of the dark is this world war scenario. Whether it starts in the Middle East or in the Far East does not matter to them. They have set in motion a variety of events which can easily expand into major incidents, but this persistence will not pay off. We monitor very closely all those governments that still support the dark cabal and its international intrigues. They insist on pursuing war and this is unacceptable to us. We warn them repeatedly that those incidents deliberately staged to ensure the start of a global war are quite simply, emphatically unacceptable! Yet despite these continual admonitions, their aggressive maneuvers continue to mount. Shortly, we intend to create sufficient snafus to utterly stall these infernal stoke points. Many world leaders say one thing in public while inflaming several incendiary events behind the scenes. These too will be nipped in the bud.

Our fleet has positioned multiple defense craft at strategic locations to uncloak if necessary. The threats we are monitoring require a means to greatly reduce their possible incendiary affects on your world as your current reality is growing more and more fragile each day. Simultaneously, your new reality grids slowly manifest. The effects of these energies are still quite subtle, and predictably, your dark ones are busily engaged in trying to subvert them. Let us inform you, as we have informed them: these grids are building a new reality; this will proceed without interruption. Heaven has drawn up a timetable for this, and we have a divine mandate to complete your return to full consciousness. The dark can play around up to a certain point, and then our options are simple: to terminate fully their interference. Then, in joy, you are to be transported to Inner Earth and transformed by the Light into who you really are!
