UFO with Triangular Formation of Lights Filmed in Dublin, Ireland

A UFO with a triangular formation of lights was filmed flying at "incredible speeds" over the River Liffey in Dublin, Ireland late last week.

The Sun had Nick Pope, who probed mystery sightings for the Ministry of Defense for three years, assess the video Friday.

"The video seems to have been taken through a night scope and presumably shows things not visible to the naked eye," said Pope.

"It appears to show a structured craft moving at incredible speed. The configuration of the lights is unlike any aircraft I've ever seen.

"It's either some secret prototype aircraft or drone, or something considerably more exotic."

The British MoD discontinued their mystery threat department last month, so no UFO sightings will be officially documented in the U.K. anymore.

The MoD Chiefs deemed the department an "inappropriate use of defense funds" even though its cost was only £50,000 yearly.

The demand was up as well with triple the amount of UFO sightings from 2008 to 2009 in Britain
