Seeking people who align with our group vision within sovereignty and spiritual law as well as a non smokers! Must have a yes I can do it attitude, be reliable and follow direction respectfully. As we open our healing coordinating centers we will need a webmaster and the positions below in each center in each province and territory!

We will also be hiring a Regional Projects Managers, Two Office Managers, Executive Assistant coordinators and office assistant for each Coordinator. We will need two experienced receptionists and Galactic Society Space Academy Admin Manager as well! These full time positions will be available in each province and territory as placement takes place. Check positions below!

Fundraising Network Marketing Manager

This marketing expert will oversee the development of our abundance programs across Canada. You will help set up strategies to eradicate poverty in local communities starting with food bank participants. Coordinating program participants with sponsors in each program for charity non profit participation as well as individuals. Devise fundraising concepts based on win win principles for all. Liaison with existing organizations and government agencies to eliminate poverty for everyone! Be able to travel and present audio visual educational presentations. Know that service is more important then money yet money is what will assist many at this time.

skills: Good communication skills as well as social networking abilities on the net. Have network marketing experience in a variety of capacities able to transfer skills in an integrity based fashion for our humanitarian objectives. Be professional in business correspondence and demeanor.

ECE Early Childhood Educator

Primary function expand consciousness energy training for our employee and office partners children in our free office based kindergarden center. This training will be offered to any successful candidate that applies to our position. Maintain a safe fun and meaningful work environment for all children while encouraging individual expression through a knew model of education. This model designed to support the needs of all levels of children but especially for the crystal, rainbow and indigo children presenting incarnating at this time.

Skills: Hold an early childhood educational certification. Be willing to embrace metaphysical training within our organization and apply progressive out of the box thinking and fun teaching modalities. Offer much one on one interactions and be passionate about the welfare of all children! Submit an annual operating budget for the educational center.

Media Relations PR Manager

Primary function : to set up and manage media advertising accounts and relationships in every sector, TV , internet, radio, social media.

Secondary: Produce advertising for media and internet applications with webmaster. Liaison and direct production house we will be working with for film and ad projects.  Also, develop marketing mixes for special event and project development in Canada and around the world as we develop. Set up radio, internet, TV interviews for myself and Anastasia. Report to Director and Regional Mgr!

Third: Work with book Publicist and or recruit any publicist support needed locally and globally to expand our project goals in any market! Also, submit budgets and costs for an annual fiscal report. Ad and or omit to job description as we evolve.

Regional Manager:

Primary objective is to administer the development of all healing admin centers in your province and or territory. For the smaller populated territories this also included the development of manufacturing and distribution centers as well as Galactic Academy Educational universities.

Secondary: create budget for further development in your region for 12 month period and re-evaluate staff needs with each location manager. Staff review every six months!

Third: is to trouble shoot with and for each center managers projects. Support our staff with development strategies and support building community relationships with business collaborators. Liaison at all times with Director. Delegate website projects Grants & Awards! Ad or omit to job descriptions as we evolve

Center Admin Manager:

Develop Staff policies and procedures for team goals in alignment with Oath of Participation agreement. Develop staff goals monthly, six and twelve months evaluations. Train staff in office policies, technologies and project applications as specified by Regional Mgr and Director. Over see and delegate special events and educational seminars at center. Manage liaison with business partner in facility.

Develop office supplies, operational and staff budgets monthly. Liaison with book keeping accounting company partners. Also, develop budget for every six and twelve months and adjust six month personnel salary increases if applicable. Manage all government applications paperwork for employee benefits.  Create group brain storming regularly. Delegate website projects Grants & Awards!

Develop a safe happy work environment for all employees! Ad or omit to job descriptions as we evolve.

Center Healing Manager:

Manage all staff recruiting and business partners in facility. Maintain a safe healthy clinic at all times. Make sure all clientele waivers, and community paper work is in proper order. Manage and maintain clientele files and needs in a confidential safe respectful manner.

Develop staff evaluations every six months to determine expansion and or salary increases. Liaison with our book keeping accounting company for payroll and handle all government benefit paperwork. Create budget for every six and twelve months. Create a safe fun rewarding place to work!

Develop and manage product sales and distribution from center while developing marketing mix for revenue objectives. This will allow selling healing products and technology to the public. Also, you will need to Liaison with director on pricing and distribution partners. Develop any educational seminars with admin manager lecture center. Ad or omit to job descriptions as we evolve.

Executive Assistant:

Well versed in office procedures business correspondence and computer programs. Have excellent coordinating skills for a variety of projects.  You must be able to take direction as well as delegate to fellow office staff and encourage team work.  Special event and supervisory management experience would be great. Social Media skills are also needing .There will be plenty of room for advancement within our organization.

You will take direction from Office manager. Support the creative expansion of our goals with ideas and positive attitude. Ad or omit to job descriptions as we evolve.

Office Assistant:

Well versed in office procedures business correspondence and computer programs. Office Receptionist:

Well versed in office procedures business correspondence and computer programs. Medical  Receptionist Training would be applicable for our healing center. Have excellent public relations communications coordinating skills for a variety of applications. You must be able to take direction as well as delegate to fellow office staff and encourage team work.  Supervisory management experience would be great. Web Master:

We are looking for a webmaster familiar with Joomla, multi-media and social networking applications. Graphic design as well as programming where needed. Also, be able to produce Poll survey and e-commerce formats. Create blogs when needed for expansion and liaison with our logo development company as well as multi media social networking publicist. Down the road we will be adding our own TV radio show. Documentary applications through our e-commerce applications will be offered. We will ad webinar educational applications as well. Manufacturing Office Manager:

Develop with Galactic help urban and rural living accommodations to display and use for duplication in the rest of Canada. Maintain maintenance, hiring and training for staff taking care of facility. Free energy staff accommodations will be made available. Develop Space command training and development department with Galactic Friends and Director. Develop Public student training schedules. Delegate to Executive Assistants and office assistants as needed.
